I use a variety of resources to ensure as many eyes see your home as possible. This includes traditional efforts, such as listing your property in the Multiple Listing Service database, which gives Remax Leduc agents as well as others access to your property’s information. Additionally, I list your home in my personal online database which allows buyers visiting my website to view your listing and also alerts buyers via email that a new listing has gone on the market — yours! While having your information readily available to those seeking it is one step, I go one step further. I utilize different marketing channels, such as local magazines, newspapers and direct mailers, to reach out to the community and keep them aware of what properties are for sale in the area.
